PostSubject: Lines of authority and action   Sat Jul 20, 2013 10:57 am

Hey everyone,

This is more of a reminder than anything else . . .

The leadership ranking system:

Forum Speak:   In-game Speak:    Actions:

Admin --------- Deputy Owner --- Clan-wide decisions, including those below
((MysticalJe, HeavensHell, Mogypsy))

Moderator ----- Coordinator ----- Setting up the citadel, recruiting, kicking / banning, including those below
((Ai Tan San, Dog15243, Fearful Wal, Funayurei, Kelea, Latvu, niborthewise, odysseus209, oldwiseone36, queen kazzy, Sfields, Vikingwomyn, Zandriahot))

Avatar Warden- Organizer ----------  Bringing out the clan avatar
((Alpha Flea, B B Scotty, Dunvagon, godesstda, imp hunter, Manthony, Ze ubernewb))

I post this to mention the lines of 'authority' in the clan.  We are all friends, here, in the clan.  So, leadership here is not about bossing people around or anything like that.  Leadership is more about providing direction when decisions need to be made for he group.

I say that because I'm not around as much due to real life.  So, if you see something you want to do or needs to be done, do it.  If you feel you need to talk about it first, well there's the 'lines of authority' and basically who has that authority.

I hope this helps.  You are welcome to discuss this here or ask questions.

Thanks! Very Happy
