Firewall?

What do you guys think is the best firewall besidest threatfire? I had threatfire but it was blocking a process I really wanted even though I added an exception for it (I found this out throught much frustrating research and uninstallation of various things, lol).

So I think I should get a firewall besides the windows one and maybe besides the one that came with avast, but I'm not sure, and if so I'm not sure which one. Thoughts?

I use alot of lava soft products....they have very few bugs and issues...try their website but I'm not sure if they deal with firewalls

I use Webroot and it's great!

I used to use Zone Alarm, but it slowed my computer down too much, so I got rid of it.
